For replacement or missing pieces please call us within 10 days of receipt at 319-298-9704 
 or email us at patchesbyr@yahoo.com

We will accept return of a product within 10 days of receipt of the product if there is damage not caused by the post office. We accept no responsibility for damages incurred in shipping.

If you receive a damaged product please call us at 319-258-9704 or email us at patchesbyr@yahoo.com   before returning the product  or we will not be able to replace the damaged product. Due to availabilty issues some fabric substitution may be necessary.
